From Amy Thomas, author of Paris, My Sweet. A love affair with Paris, New York, sweets and, now, a little girl named Parker.
Because of the movie "Julie and Julia", it's gotta be sole meuniere.
sole! so yummy and buttery!!http://ladulcivida.blogspot.com/
Sole meuniere .... no contest. Just found your blog. Great fun. I write a lot about Paris in my blog as well but I don't live there. Lucky lady.
Another vote for sole!
as I am allergic to fish it has to be the chicken!
I have a confession: I don't think I've ever eaten coq au vin. How atrocious is that? However, I have actually *made* sole meuneire—skinned the fish and all—so that makes up for it, non? Donc, it's a draw for me.
Sole meuniere, without a doubt!
