Comté. No, Camembert. No, Comté. No, Camembert. It's too hard!
I wish I could still eat *cheese*, period!When I was eating it, I used to enjoy hard cheeses more than soft, so I'd say Comté. But then again, there is a time and a place for soft ones, too, and Camembert just *melts* on the mouth.*sigh*
