My Vegan Mondays

Another healthy day that is pretty much negated by my previous gluttonous weekend. I just might have to try to try a Vegan Tuesday demain.

Morning
Coffee with soy milk
Banana

Afternoon
Hummus sandwich
Carrots
Banana
Tea
Almonds
Pear

Evening
Veggie soup – made by me, not bad
Toast with mom’s raspberry jam – very good
Tea

  2. We're trying to cut down on the amount of meat we eat, and I'm thrilled that Monday was a meat free day for us as well; yogurt for breakfast, pasta salad for lunch, and mushroom, spinach soup (Trish Deseine recipe I've been dying to try) and garlic bread for dinner.
    Feeling lighter already!

  3. Sara, I was recently turned on to Trish Deseine and feel it my duty to try some of her recipes... any in particular stand out in your mind? Kudos on your Meat-Free Monday - yay!

    SomethingToSay, healthy, for sure. Sustainable? Probably not. The temptation of cheese was too much today, on Tuesday. :)
