ReplyDeleteWe're trying to cut down on the amount of meat we eat, and I'm thrilled that Monday was a meat free day for us as well; yogurt for breakfast, pasta salad for lunch, and mushroom, spinach soup (Trish Deseine recipe I've been dying to try) and garlic bread for dinner.

ReplyDeleteSomethingToSay, healthy, for sure. Sustainable? Probably not. The temptation of cheese was too much today, on Tuesday. :)
