They don't call them chocolate masters in France for nothing.
Just take a look at some of the incredible, edible sculptures from previous years at Michel Cluizel...
... and Lenotre.
Guess who??
(There is only one Patrick Roger.)
Wouldn't want to break that oeuf at Pralus (actually, I would).
And Michel Chaudun's chocolate sculptures are almost too exquisite to eat.
Almost.
Happy Easter!
WOW WOW WOW!!!

I heard on the radio that today is the one day in the year that you can eat as much chocolate as you want. So dig in! I wish I was in Paris now :) Happy Easter!

yum! I got dried mango in my Easter basket...which was delish, but NOT chocolate!
ReplyDeleteI just saw your blog and had to stop to look at those chocolate eggs! Miam miam! My mother always gave me one like this for Easter. I went back home to Paris last May – too late for Easter chocolate. I agree with you, my heart is in Paris, and the rest of France too. Although I can’t complain too much as last year was my 55th trip there (yes I am a senior!) Now I have to read all the emails they sent me so I know who to vote for (I am still a French citizen.)
