Morning
Coffee & soy milk
Half a grapefruit
Toast with almond butter (my first brush with almond butter... oily but absolutely delicious)

Afternoon
Hummus and toasted pita and carrots and celery
Banana
Apple

Evening
Lentil soup
A couple martinis
