City by the Bay

In between New York and Paris there was this whole other wonderful chapter called San Francisco.

Seven years of Victorian flats, palm trees, green parrots and amazingly fresh food.

More significantly, seven years of true love, amazing friendships, and adventures far and near.

Now I’m back for a week of reconnecting, overindulging, reflecting and appreciating.

It’s sunny and warm. Nostalgic and special. Comfortable and divine.

I'm a lucky girl.

  3. I have always loved S.F. There was a time in the early 90's when I thought about living there. It is magical. I haven't been in over 10 years. ENJOY!!! xx m

  4. I'm a Bay Area girl, too. Is the second picture take on Greenwich street (next to Lombard)? My BFF lives there.

  5. Beautiful photos; I haven't been there but my hubby keeps planning trips there. Love San Diego though, and it looks a bit similar!

  6. Merci, mes amis. It's definitely been a most amazing few days.

Anna, you're right, the blue bay has been dazzling.

Andi, I haven't had any crabs yet. Hopefully before the week is over!

    Mel, never say never, right??

La Mom, that is too crazy about your friend - Greenwich and Union is exactly where that photo's from!

Andrea, definitely make SF a top priority - you'll love it!

  7. Have a wonderful time in San Francisco! It's one of my favorite cities in the world. Caffe Trieste in North Beach. Great restaurants and bakeries. Downtown Mill Valley and Muir Beach. Aaaah... now I'm wishing I was there, too.
